Scope of Practice

Nested For You provides personalized home management and lifestyle support services designed to bring ease, organization, and balance to clients’ daily lives. Services may include, but are not limited to, home organization, scheduling assistance, errands, laundry, meal prep, inventory tracking, relocation support, child and pet assistance, and integration of Human Design principles to align the home environment with the client’s unique energy. All services are tailored to the client’s needs and agreed upon in advance. Deb does not offer medical, legal, or financial advice, and her support is intended to complement, not replace, professional services in those areas.

Guarantee

Although the services offered by Nested For You have an incredibly high success rate, results are not guaranteed since your own personal success depends on many factors that we have no control over, including willingness and desire to effect the changes within yourself.

Confidentiality

The Company may discuss aspects of your case with other colleagues, keeping your full name and identity completely confidential, unless written permission otherwise is given.

Refunds & Cancellation

(a) Refund Policy.

Because each client relationship is thoughtfully curated and tailored to individual home dynamics, routines, and energy, the specific terms and conditions of refunds will be outlined in your personalized client agreement or service contract.

Our priority is to ensure each engagement is rooted in clarity, trust, and mutual alignment. If, for any reason, you are not feeling a sense of resonance or satisfaction with the services provided, we invite open and honest communication so we can explore potential adjustments before proceeding with cancellation or a refund.

Due to the nature of customized and time-based services, especially those that include energetic and emotional household support, refunds are generally not guaranteed once services have begun. However, all refund-related scenarios (including eligibility, notice periods, and partial refund structures) will be clearly defined and agreed upon in writing before we begin our work together.

In short:

All refund terms will be detailed in your signed contract.
Transparency and communication are encouraged before any cancellation is requested.
Service adjustments may be explored as a first step whenever possible.

(b) Client understands that disputing a charge through his or her financial institution (in the form of a “chargeback”) is a violation of this Agreement and agrees not to do so.

(c) Force Majeure. Notwithstanding the above, the Company may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of Company that materially affects the Services provided in this Agreement, including:

1. A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricanes, flooding, storms, or infestation); or

2. War, invasion, act of foreign enemies, embargo, or other hostility (whether declared or not); or

3. Sickness of the provider or provider's immediate family; or

4. Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a riot, disorder, pandemic or epidemic, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism. In the event that Section 5(g) applies, Company will be permitted to make a reasonable effort to reschedule calls/sessions/etc. as needed in order to comply with the terms of this Agreement, however, will not be found in breach if this is not possible due to the circumstances.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials, is the property of Nested For You or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
